About Doug Hayes:
Doug earned a degree in Architectural Drafting in 1989. He has several years of experience in the construction industry which includes working as a disaster restoration professional, project management, estimating and sales. Doug is Xactimate proficient and has been involved in the restoration of more than 200 million dollars worth of property.
Doug sits on the City of Big Lake Planning Commission, the Transit Oriented Development Committee, serves as president for the Big Lake Economic Development Authority, Downtown Redevelopment Committee, North Star Commuter Rail Group, and is on the Big Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
Doug loves to spend time with his family doing anything outdoors and serving the Lord through different ministries such as Hope Filled Hands, Fuller Center for Housing and Habitat for Humanity. He does these things so he can hopefully make a difference in this world for the next generation.
Doug has lived in Big Lake, MN for the past 43 years. He is married to his wife of 19 years, Shari, and has two children; Shaylee and Levi. "I enjoy getting to know people while working on their projects and I am proud that several past customers over the years have become good friends of mine long after the jobs are complete.".
